Guwahati/ Jorhat: The South-East Asian cultural confluence will be held from 1st to 8th November, 2019 at the Chaolung Sukapha Samannay Kshetra. This was revealed by the chief event organizer Jina Rajkumari while addressing a press conference.
The cultural programme will be organized by the Borluit Kala Kristi Kendra in association with the Sukapha Samannay Kshetra. The participating nations include Thailand, China and Bangladesh who will take part at the event on 3rd November.
On the other hand, on the occasion of Sudhakantha Bhupen Hazarika’s death anniversary on 5th November, a workshop and singing competition will be organized. Exhibitions will also be organized during the course of the events.
