    Digital Desk: India's celebrated javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra advanced to the final of Diamond League 2024. The final will be held on September 13 and 14 in Brussels. Diamond League 2024 began on April 20 in Xiamen.

    After clinching the silver medal for India in the Paris Olympics 2024, and the Gold medal in the Tokyo Olympics 2020, the 26-year-old Chopra booked his berth in the final of the Diamond League.

    Chopra is in fourth place in the overall standing with 14 points. Grenada's Anderson Peters placed on top with 29 points, Julian Webber from Germany took second place with 21 points, and Jakub Vadlejch from Czech Republic took third with 16 points.

    Chopra's best throw is 89.94m, achieved at the Stockholm Diamond League in Sweden, held on June 30, 2022. Earlier, Chopra records a season-best throw of 89.45m in the Javelin throw in the Paris Olympics in 2024.
