Here's what DC players think about MS Dhoni before today's game with CSK; watch the video here
The Delhi Capitals squad expressed what MS Dhoni meant to them in a moving video posted on Twitter...

Digital Desk: Many current Delhi Capitals players appear to be big fans of MS Dhoni, as they attempted to sum up what the CSK captain means to them in one word.

Dhoni is an IPL legend, having led CSK to the crown four times and continuing to lead them from the front this season. Under the former Indian captain, the four-time IPL champions are second on the IPL 2023 points table and appear to be contenders for a playoff position.

Dhoni's 2023 season has also been active in terms of batting, with a strike rate of 200 from the 10 matches he has played.

Many have speculated that this could be the CSK skipper's final season in the IPL, but he has left fans and commentators guessing about his future in the league.

When asked about his retirement during the toss versus LSG, Dhoni told commentator Danny Morrison that he has never stated whether or not the IPL 2023 would be his final season.

"You've decided it's my last," Dhoni replied to Morrison's question on May 3 at the Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Stadium with a smile.

Now, ahead of Wednesday's match against CSK at the Chepauk stadium, the DC team players have opened up on what Dhoni means to them in one word.

Here's what the players have to say about Thala Dhoni:

Ishant Sharma praised him as a big brother, and DC vice-captain Axar Patel referred to Dhoni as a captain calm. In the video published by DC on Twitter, there were many more genuine replies from people including Mitchell Marsh, Priyam Garg, and Khaleel Ahmed.

DC enters the game against CSK in good form, having won four of their past five games and will be seeking to keep their playoff desires alive on Wednesday at 7:30 PM at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.
