Digital Desk: The schedule for India's tour of the West Indies, which is slated to begin on July 12, has been released by the
Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Monday. The series, which will run for a month, will include a total of eight games.
India will begin the series with a two-match Test series; the first game will be contested in Dominica from July 12 to July 16. At Trinidad's Queen's Park Oval, the second Test game will be contested from June 20 to June 24. Both Test matches will start at 7:30 IST.
There will be a two-day break following the conclusion of the Test series, and on the third day, India and West Indies will play three
One-Day Internationals (ODIs) to help them prepare for the upcoming World Cup 2023 series. On July 27, the opening ODI will take place at the Kensington Oval in Barbados.
On July 29, the second ODI will be played at the same venue. The Brian Lara Cricket Academy in Trinidad will host the third and final game of the series on August 1. Following the ODI series, both teams will play a five-match T20I series. On August 3, the opening game will be played at Trinidad's Brian Lara Cricket Academy.
On August 6, the second T20I game will take place at the Guyana National Stadium. On August 8, the same stadium will host the third T20 International match. On August 12 and 13, respectively, the fourth and fifth T20I matches will be played at the same venue, Broward County Stadium in Florida.
