    Digital Desk: MS Dhoni without any doubt is one of the greatest players in Indian cricket history. Dhoni, who has a fan following of over a billion people, is now leading the Chennai-based franchise CSK (Chennai Super Kings) in the ongoing season of the Indian Premier League.

    From Indian business tycoons to artists in and outside of India, this Indian legend's following is unparalleled, and one similar story went viral on social media, in which a pilot expressed his admiration for 'Thala' MS Dhoni. 

    The pilot on a recent CSK flight to Mumbai admitted that he is an ardent MS Dhoni admirer. Not only that, but he made a heartfelt appeal himself. He asked Dhoni not to resign as Chennai captain and to continue leading the Chennai-based franchise. The pilot can be heard stating in a video that has gone popular on social media, "Please continue to serve as CSK's captain. I'm a huge fan of you, sir."

    The 41-year-old player is renowned for being the finest Indian captain, having led India to two World Cup victories. Also, during his captaincy, CSK won the Indian Premier League trophy four times. Though Dhoni has not played for India in a long time, he still has a large fan base, as evidenced by the filled stadiums in all of Chennai's matches this season.

    Many people have shown their adoration for Captain Cool, ranging from Arijit Singh touching MSD's feet during the IPL 2023 opening ceremony or a pilot declaring his love and respect for the Chennai captain.

    The present IPL season will reportedly be MS Dhoni's final tournament, which is one of many reasons why this season is more than special for all tournament fans. In terms of the CSK's match, Dhoni's team faced their greatest rivals, the Mumbai Indians, on April 8th, Saturday at the iconic Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai and with a big victory over the MIs by 7 wickets CSK on Saturday marked their 2nd win.
