    Yuvraj Singh announces comeback from retirement

    New Delhi: Former Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh announced that he is coming out of retirement. He stated that he would return on the pitch hopefully in February next year.





    Surprisingly, Yuvraj took to Instagram to announce his comeback. He wrote, "God decides your future !!On public demand I will be back on the pitch hopefully in February ! Ain't nothing like this feeling ! Thank you for your love and wishes mean a lot to me ! Keep supporting India, it's our team and a true fan will show his or her support in tough circumstances".





    Though the 39-year-old had made the announcement last night, he hasn't clarified that he will come back in what proportions.

    Singh continued to perform in the league following announcing his international retirement in 2019. 





    After retiring from international cricket, he played in franchise cricket throughout the globe. He has represented Toronto Nationals in the GT20 League. Yuvraj also played for the Maratha Arabians in Abu Dhabi T10. Yuvraj was last seen on the pitch in March 2021 during the Road Safety Series.





    As of now, Yuvraj has scored 11,778 runs across forms and grabbed 148 wickets. He played 40 Tests, 304 ODI, including 58 T20Is while he was serving.
