Two siblings died while playing PUBG on a railway track in Rajasthan

Digital Desk: An unfortunate incident occurred in Rajasthan, where two siblings were hit by a train while playing PUBG on a railway track in Rajasthan’s Alwar district.

The incident occurred on Saturday, police informed. The deceased have been identified as Lokesh Meena (22) and his younger brother Rahul Rupbas (19).

Sources further informed that both the siblings were preparing for competitive exams.

“Lokesh Meena and Rahul Rupbas were sitting on the railway track near the city and playing PUBG,” stated Assistant Sub-Inspector, Sadar Police Station.

The siblings were engrossed in the game that they had hardly any idea of the train running on the track.

Police conveyed the bodies were handed over to the deceased’s family after post-mortem.

Such incidents have become everyday events in India, where youths have deeply engrossed themselves in PUBG. Just a year, months back, a similar incident took place.

In November 2021, two, including a teenager, died in such a similar case. A train hit them near Laxminagar on the Mathura-Kasganj railway track in Mathura’s Thana Jamunapar area while playing PUBG.
