Earlier this month a traveler suffered a brain stroke after a fall at Delhi airport when Air India failed to deliver the reserved wheelchair registration. The 82-year-old passenger was admitted to a Hospital.
The family of this woman stated she needed travel from Delhi to Bengaluru by air and wheelchair services were reserved in advance. Upon reaching the airport Air India employees neglected to provide the wheelchair which had been booked.
The airline denied all such allegations stating that the ticketed wheelchair service claims were baseless.
