    Digital Desk: The Israeli army has officially reported that 258 of its soldiers have lost their lives in the ongoing conflict against Palestinian militants since last Saturday.


    The grim announcement came during a press briefing on Friday, where Army spokesman Daniel Hagari revised the initial toll of 169 soldiers killed.


    "The bereaved families of 258 fallen soldiers have been formally notified," Hagari said.
