    Eating without Feeling Hungry/ Appetite - Hunger indicates
    that your previous meal was well digested. You overburden your liver when you
    consume without appetite. The most important guideline to remember is to eat
    only when you are hungry. Eating without hunger might upset your stomach and
    slow your metabolism.



     



    Sleeping

     By 10 p.m., it is best to go to bed. Because 10 p.m. to 2
    a.m. is pitta dominating time, your metabolism is at its highest. Stopping
    eating at 7-7:30 p.m. and going to bed early allows your digestive fire to
    digest everything you've eaten all day and allows for optimal liver detox,
    which helps you maintain your weight, sugar levels, energy, and, most
    importantly, your body's ability to absorb nutrition from the food you eat.
    Sleeping after midnight reduces the quality of your sleep and disrupts your
    circadian rhythm, causing mental disorders, vitamin deficiencies, poor gut
    health, and other problems.
