Friday morning after a gunshot was discharged from a Nagaland Police constable's
duty pistol as he interfered in an altercation, according to police.
The altercation resulted in minor injuries to two people,
according to the police. "A fight broke out about 9.40 a.m. between two
advocates, Sanjeev Chaudhary and Rishi Chopra, and a prominent figure, Rohit
Beri. They reached gate number 8, where the battle persisted, throughout the

According to the DCP, a Nagaland Police constable stationed
