Ravish Kumar adamantly denies allegations of his departure from NDTV
Ravish Kumar disputes NDTV claims of his resignation, saying, exactly like the myth that PM Narendra Modi has consented.

Digital Desk:  After Adani purchased a 29% stake in NDTV, social media is in disarray. Memes about NDTV and Ravish Kumar are being circulated. Some see it as the death of journalism, while others see it as the end of anti-national forces. BJP followers are the ones who are ecstatic about the news.

In the midst of all of this, a story circulated that Ravish Kumar had resigned from NDTV. OPIndia, is a right-wing propaganda website known for disseminating fake news, said citing its sources.

Ravish Kumar has now dismissed claims that he is leaving the channel. He also has no intention of joining Zee. Ravish Kumar issued a tweet on Wednesday refuting news of his departure from NDTV.

Ravish explained the situation in a humourous way through a tweet:

    "Honorable People,
The talk about my resignation is just like the rumor that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has agreed to give me an interview and Akshay Kumar is waiting for me at the gate with Bombay mangoes.

    Yours,
    Ravish Kumar,
The world’s first and most expensive zero TRP anchor

This comes after NDTV reported that the Adani company had announced the acquisition of a 29.18 percent interest in the channel earlier today without the agreement of New Delhi Television's founders or promoters. Vishwapradhan Commercial (VCPL), which owns warrants from NDTV shareholder RRPR, has served them with a notice.
