Sources within the Asom Jatiya Parishad revealed that the formal declaration of Lurinjyoti Gogoi's candidature is anticipated around 10:30 AM tomorrow. The party is poised to stage a grand event at Barpathar ground, where supporters and party workers will gather to witness the historic moment.
Today's closed-door meeting witnessed the presence of several influential leaders, including Chittaranjan Basumatary, Anup Phukan, Biren Baruah, and Manik Phukan.
