Brahmaputra river's water level, the ferry service between Jorhat and Majuli
has been suspended indefinitely. According to media sources, ferry services at
Nimati ghat, Kamlabari, and other locations will be suspended as well.

road transportation.

Assam, three people were killed and 24,681 people were affected by heavy rain
and flash floods, which hit 94 villages across six districts. Cachar, Dhemaji,
Hojai, Karbi Anglong West, Nagaon, and Kamrup (Metro) have been impacted by
floods, according to the Assam State Disaster Management Authority (ASDMA), and
three persons, including a lady, died in landslide incidents in the Haflong
area of the Dima Hasao district on Saturday.
