brokerage firm Zerodha has added a new fitness challenge for employee members
to a long list of staff health-related activities.
CEO
Nithin Kamath asserts that successful completion of this challenge will reward
employees with attractive incentives and that one fortunate participant just might
win 10 lakh.
According
to CEO Nithin Kamath, the challenge would entail burning at least 350 calories
each day. The company's fitness trackers will offer the option of setting daily
goals.
"Giving customers the option to set a daily activity
goal on our fitness monitors is our most recent health challenge at Zerodha.
One month's salary will be given as a bonus to anyone who meets their target on
90% of the days during the course of the next year. One 10-lakh lucky draw
