Digital Desk: Amitabh Bachchan, a Bollywood star who frequently discloses information about many aspects of his life in his blog entries, said on Tuesday that he is "Dealing with some domestic COVID situation." The 79-year-old actor, without sharing more details, added in his blog entry that he will connect with his fans later. "Will connect later," he added. The actor who got fully vaccinated in May 2021 added in a separate blog entry: "Fight….fighting… and the prayers of all…No further… No more description…Just that the show goes on."
According to Mumbai civic body Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation or BMC, one member of the staff at Amitabh Bachchan's bungalow has tested positive and contracted the illness and is asymptomatic, reports news agency PTI. Big B henceforth took to social media to state that there was a domestic COVID situation. "The staff has been quarantined at CCC-2 (COVID Care Center-2) of the BMC," The BMC official was quoted by PTI as saying.

Amitabh Bachchan had his second dosage of COVID-19 vaccination in May of last year. "Doosra bhi ho gaya," he wrote. COVID wala nahin, Cricket wala nahin, sorry, sorry, that was a really bad one…"
Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, and Big B's 10-year-old granddaughter - four members of Bollywood's Bachchan family - declared in July 2020 that they had contracted the illness. The family was treated at Mumbai's Nanavati Hospital until they could return home. During his hospitalisation in the hospital, Amitabh Bachchan thanked his EF every day, and fanboy Abhishek received a special letter from Cesar Azpilicueta. After being released from the hospital, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan expressed her gratitude to her followers, adding that she is "forever indebted."
