    "Priyanka Chopra refused to do an intimate scene with me" : Annu Kapoor
    Digital Desk: Annu Kapoor made his début in Hindi cinema with an uncredited appearance in the film Kaala Patthar (1979). He went on to play famous parts in films such as Aitraaz, Jolly LLB 2, Vicky Donor, and others. The actor has received several awards for his ability to put himself in the shoes of the character, whether negative or favourable. This actor made headlines in 2011 when he made a remark about Bollywood star Priyanka Chopra. Annu and Priyanka got into a furious argument as a result of her remark.

    Annu and Priyanka had previously worked in Aitraaz. The duo was given the opportunity to work together again in the film Saat Khoon Maaf. The film Saat Khoon Maaf was inspired on Ruskin Bond's novel Susanna's Seven Husbands. Irrfan Khan, Neil Nitin Mukesh, and others played the spouses in the film.

    Annu had also taken on the role of one of the spouses. According to media sources, the heated debate began during the film's promotion. According to Annu, Priyanka declined to shoot an intimate scene with him in the film. This, according to the actor, was due to his lack of physical attractiveness. Anu said that Priyanka would have done intimate scenes with him if he had been a hero. The actor said Priyanka doesn’t have any problem doing intimate scenes with heroes.

    Priyanka responded to her co-star's remark by adding that if someone wants to do personal sequences and make such snide remarks, he should just appear in such films. Later, Annu Kapoor put a stop to the developing verbal battle by claiming that he never said anything negative about Priyanka.

    Annu Kapoor remarked that people would assess him based on his talent, not whether he was playing Priyanka or Meryl Steep's spouse. Annu advised Priyanka not to take these rumours seriously.
