The film won its first award in the Best Original Song, Motion Picture category for "Naatu Naatu," starring Jr NTR and Ram Charan. The music composer of RRR, MM Keeravani, walked up the stage as the team cheered loud for him.
'Naatu Naatu', sung by Rahul Sipligunj and MM Keeravani, was in competition with 'Carolina' from 'Where the Crawdads Sing', 'Ciao Papa' from 'Guillermo del Toro's 'Pinocchio', 'Hold My Hand' from 'Top Gun: Maverick', 'Lift Me Up' from 'Black Panther: Wakanda Forever'.
