Aamir Khan explores "Champions"
Recently, the Bollywood celebrity revealed intriguing news regarding his upcoming movie, Champions. Aamir was all praise for the endeavour when he spoke as the movie's producer.
Talking about the movie, Aamir said, “It’s a wonderful script, it’s a beautiful story, and it’s a very heartwarming and lovely film,” adding, “I will be producing Champions because I really believe in the film, I think it’s a great story.”
He did reveal, however, that he won't be acting in the highly anticipated movie. “When I am doing a film as an actor, I get so lost in that and nothing else happens in my life. Which is why I decided to take a break. I want to be with my family. With my mom, with my kids. I feel like I have been working for 35 years and I feel I have been single mindedly focused on my films and it is not fair for the people who are close to me,” he shared.
Future plans of Aamir Khan
Aamir revealed his interest in avoiding acting for the "next year and a half" and expressed his preference for being a producer.
Laal Singh Chaddha, directed by Advait Chandan, was an approved remake of the 1994 American movie Forrest Gump. It was Aamir Khan's most recent appearance. Soon, viewers will be able to see the Dangal actor in a brief cameo in Kajol's Salaam Venky.
