While celebrating a different religion's celebration, Kapoor and his family members purposefully consumed alcohol that is forbidden in Hinduism and sang "Jai Mata Di," according to the accusation. In Hinduism, the fire deity is invoked before invoking other powers.
It further said that the complainant's religious feelings were wounded by this.
The complaint claimed that Sanatan Dharmis and the plaintiff were harmed in their religious feelings by this kind of illegal act. The proponents said that the dissemination of such disturbing recordings could endanger public safety and order.
The entire Kapoor family was celebrating Christmas together when the complaint attempted to file a formal complaint against him under sections 295 A (Deliberate and malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings of any class by insulting its religion or religious beliefs), 298 (Uttering words, etc., with deliberate intent to wound religious feelings), 500 (defamation), and 34 (Acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention).
On the basis of the complaint, no formal complaint has been filed against the Kapoors as of yet.
