    Digital Desk: Akshay Kumar has portrayed a wide range of characters with ease over the years. Lord Krishna, a character from OMG: Oh My God!, was among his most lovable characters. In addition, Paresh Rawal played the lead in the film. He is currently preparing to take on a new role in OMG 2's second chapter in a new avatar. On Instagram, Akshay Kumar posted a fresh image of his Lord Shiva Avatar from OMG 2.

    Akshay Kumar hints at the release of the OMG 2 teaser

    The actor has now revealed that the teaser of OMG 2 will be out soon. Sharing a photo of himself as Lord Shiva, he wrote, “Bas kuch din mai (in a few days) #OMG2 in theatres on August 11. Teaser Drops Soon.” Akshay Kumar can be seen in the picture sporting dreadlocks and ash on his forehead. To further enhance the appearance of Lord Shiva, he is also donning rudraksha, and from the outside, his throat seems bluish-grey.

    A little while later, the actor posted Pankaj Tripathi's first image from OMG 2. The actor has a tikka on his forehead and his hands are clasped together in devotion.  “Mite hai sacchai ke raah par (we will meet on the path of truth) #OMG2 in theatres on August 11! Teaser drops soon,” the caption stated. 

    The film also has Pankaj Tripathi and Yami Gautam in the lead roles in addition to Akshay Kumar. It is supposed to be based on the educational system in India. OMG 2 will be released in theatres on August 11 and was directed by Amit Rai and produced by Ashwin Varde, Viacom 18, and Jio Studios. 



    OMG: Oh My God! (2012)

    The first OMG: Oh My God installment was released in 2012. Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal starred in this courtroom drama. The atheist man Kanhji (Paresh), whose shop was devastated in a natural disaster, served as the inspiration for the film. He filed a lawsuit against the gods after the insurance company refused to cover the lost expenses on the grounds that it was an "Act of God." At this point, Akshay Kumar appears as Lord Krishna and assists Kanji in overcoming the difficulties of life.
