    Digital Desk: Following the much-discussed teaser for Gandhi Godse Ek Yudh, the film's developers released the thought-provoking trailer on January 11. The film, directed by Rajkumar Santoshi and starring his daughter Tanisha, will be released on January 26. 

    Rajkumar Santoshi's Gandhi Godse Ek Yudh trailer is currently out. It gives the audience a glimpse into Gandhi and Godse's ideological fight and promises to make them curious about which of these two great individuals triumphs. It is a fictitious film in which Gandhi meets Nathuram Godse.

    The plot of the film is based on what would have happened if Gandhi had survived the assassination and had a conversation with Nathuram Godse. On-screen, Chinmay Mandlekar and Deepak Antani resemble Godse and Gandhi.

    Rajkumar Santoshi, who shared the trailer, commented, "Gandhi and Godse ki nahi hai. Desh ki baat ki hai! Watch the trailer for #GandhiGodseEkYudh right now! This #RepublicDay, January 23rd, in theatres. (sic)" View the trailer here:


    Along with being immersed in Gandhi and Godse's paradoxical universe, the audience will also be exposed to the realm of politics after Independence. 

    Gandhi Godse Ek Yudh, directed by renowned director Rajkumar Santoshi, also marks the debuts of Tanisha Santoshi and Anuj Saini. Santoshi Productions LLP presents a PVR Pictures release directed by Rajkumar Santoshi with music by AR Rahman. Manila Santoshi is in charge of production. The film will be released in theatres on January 26, the same day as Pathaan.
