Digital Desk: Deepika Padukone is all set to star opposite Shah Rukh Khan in the upcoming action thriller film Pathaan, alongside Shah Rukh Khan. With just two days until the release of the film, the buzz and anticipation are at an all-time high. Deepika recently spoke about the film, particularly the experience of shooting the film's much-talked-about dance number, Besharam Rang.

The film's promotion has been unusual, with no interviews or public appearances by the cast or crew. Instead, Yash Raj Films has released videos of the film's main players talking about it. Following videos with director Sidharth Malhotra and actors Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham, YRF released the newest edition, Pathaan Conversations with Deepika Padukone, on Monday.

Deepika talked about a number of things in the video, including her chemistry with Shah Rukh and how she attained her toned and fit look for the film. Among them was a discussion on the film's two songs, Besharam Rang and Jhoome Jo Pathaan. "For Besharam Rang, I had to work a lot harder. That is, in some ways, my solo song. Although the song appears to be very sunny, bright, and gorgeous, the location we were shooting at was really challenging because it was actually freezing and very windy. So, we had extremely challenging work conditions. Still, the most difficult element was making it appear attractive and pleasant," Deepika said.

The actress added that she was happy that both songs were well-liked by the audience but that she was unable to pick a favourite between the two. "Having said that, I think I had a good time in both songs. The second one features Shah Rukh Khan (Jhoome Jo Pathaan). We have a great time dancing together. We're both the type of dancers who don't put too much focus on the technicality of a step. We just understand it and have fun with it," the actress said.

Pathaan is a spy thriller directed by Siddharth Anand. Deepika plays a spy who has been described as a 'complete femme fatale'. The movie, which is part of the YRF Spy Universe, will hit theatres on January 25.
