Digital Desk: In just 11 days since its release, Luv Ranjan's Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, starring Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor, has crossed the 100 crore milestone in India. This makes it the sixth movie to earn over 100 crore rupees.
The film trade analyst Joginder Tuteja on Sunday, tweeted, “Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar has entered the ₹100 Crore Club. Accomplishes the feat in 11 days. This is also Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor’s sixth ₹100 crores film each. Do you know which are their other five?”
In the meantime, Ranbir Kapoor talked about the boycott culture in a recent interview with News 18, saying, "There were some media members during that period who were going with the propaganda of boycott Bollywood and Bollywood is this and that, drugs and all of that, so I was like listen to our job is to entertain you, if you don't want to watch the film then don't watch it, why are you starting a narrative of lies."
The actor keeps saying, "It's not just the performers; there are so many people in the industry; why are you harming their way of life? Watch the movie if you want, and don't if you don't. I thought that was really silly and stupid."
