SRK's Pathaan crosses the 100 crore mark on day one, stamping Rs 102 crore globally

Digital Desk: Pathaan, starring Shah Rukh Khan, has made history by grossing Rs 102 crore worldwide on day one. The estimated collections are as follows: India According to Box-office India, the gross is Rs 67 crore, the overseas revenue is Rs 35 crore ($4.2 million), and the total is a staggering Rs 102 crore. 

Pathaan shattered boycott calls and box-office records on the same day of its release. The first-day total is expected to be between Rs 53 and 55 crore. With that, the picture has surpassed the first-day collections of Hrithik Roshan's War (2019) and Yash's KGF: Chapter 2 (2022- Hindi), both of which grossed over Rs 53 crore.

Director Sidharth Anand has created a Bollywood spy cosmos in the guise of cops and comedians. This YRF blockbuster will almost definitely be the biggest hit for everyone involved, including SRK, Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham.

Pathaan, the most anticipated film in Indian cinema in a long time, has arrived and has seized the box office by storm! Pathaan's exhibitors realised immediately after the first showing that it would be a box office monster, and over 300 additional screenings have been added across India! This has never happened before! 

The total number of screens in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu is currently 8000 worldwide. Domestically, there are 5,500 screens, while internationally, there are 2,500 screens. It is the biggest-ever release of a Hindi film in Indian cinema history.
