"Sold Most of My Cars": Virat Kohli talks openly talks about his "Impulsive" Purchases

Virat recalled how much fun he had as a child playing with trump cards, and how it was one of his favourite games to play with his pals.

Digital Desk: Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) star player Virat Kohli revealed on Wednesday that he sold most of the automobiles he had purchased over the years, referring to them as "impulsive buys."

"Most of the cars I used to own were impulse purchases, and I rarely drove or travelled in them. Past a certain point, I thought, "This is worthless," so I sold most of them and now we only use what we absolutely need to; it's all about being practical," said the Indian cricketer while speaking on RCB's YouTube channel during a recent photoshoot.

He also disclosed his current playlist in the same interview. "I've gone back in time a little, and I recently downloaded Arijit Singh's MTV Unplugged playlist." He did an MTV unplugged segment with some of his biggest songs once, and it was a soft-rock, extremely mellow version. "I really liked those versions," Virat Kohli remarked in a video shared on Royal Challengers Bangalore's social media accounts.

He also named two batters as the 'Best of All Time,' claiming that they dramatically revolutionized the dynamics of cricket. "I've always considered Sachin Tendulkar and Sir Viv Richards to be the GOATs of cricket." Sachin is my idol. These two have radically changed the dynamic of cricket by revolutionizing batting in their generation. That is why I believe they are the two best."

When asked what he would say if he had a table with retired tennis great Roger Federer and footballer Cristiano Ronaldo, Virat responded he would simply listen to them both chat.

"I'd just sit quietly and listen to both of them." I don't have much to add to that discussion. "It would be all about taking it all in and listening to two of the best sportsmen in sports history," Virat explained.

Virat recalled how much fun he had as a child playing with trump cards, and how it was one of his favourite games to play with his pals.

"We used to go looking for those cards. Lex Luger (former WWE wrestler) was once ranked first. There was also Giant Gonsalvez (WWE wrestler). It was a lot of fun to play with those cards. I also have posters of athletes, particularly cricketers "Virat stated.

On April 2, RCB will kick off their Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 season against Mumbai Indians (MI) at their home stadium, M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.
