Urvashi Rautela’s mother prays for Rishabh Pant’s recovery after car accident: Says,‘The rumours on social media…’
After Meera posted the picture, other Instagram users tagged Urvashi and asked her to post as well. Urvashi is silent on Pant's mishap and hasn't said anything in particular.

Digital Desk: Following Indian cricketer Rishabh Pant's mishap on Friday and subsequent injuries, actor Urvashi Rautela discreetly wrote on Instagram about "prayers." Most recently, Meera Rautela, her mother, requested her followers to pray for Pant and wished for his quick recovery.

Meera shared a photo of Rishabh on her Instagram page. In the caption, she wrote, “Social media की अफ़वाह एक तरफ़ 😇 और आप का स्वस्थ हो के अंतर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर उत्तराखंड का नाम रोशन करना दूसरी तरफ़ सिद्धबलिबाबा आप पर विशेष कृपा करे 🙏 आप सभी लोग भी प्रार्थना करे #Godblessyou #RishabhPant (Social media rumours on one side and you getting healthy and returning to the international cricket and glorifying the name of Uttrakhand on the other side. All of you pray for him).”

Many Instagram users tagged Meera's daughter Urvashi and asked her to post as well after Meera uploaded the post. Regarding Pant's accident, Urvashi has not made any direct remarks.

When his car crashed with a road divider near Roorkee and caught fire at around 5.20 am on Friday, Rishabh Pant, who was travelling from Delhi to his hometown Roorkee, had a hazardous escape. He was taken right away to a private hospital in Roorkee before being shifted to Max Hospital in Dehradun. Pant sustained a right knee ligament injury in as well as two cuts on his forehead. He is now recovering.

The cricketer and Urvashi have been at the centre of controversy ever since the latter stated in an interview that a particular "RP" waited for her for hours in a hotel lobby in 2018 to meet. Rishabh addressed the claim in a now-deleted post, but she would not reveal the person's identity.

The cricketer wrote on Instagram, “It’s funny how people lie in interviews just for some meager popularity and for hitting the headlines. Sad how some people are so thirsty for fame and name. May God bless them “merapichachorhoBehen #jhutkibhilimithotihai.”
