In a case involving snake poisoning, YouTuber Elvish Yadav has been taken into custody by the Noida Police. Elvish Yadav was called in for interrogation today, following which he was taken into custody. Last year, Noida Police had filed an FIR in Sector 39. In due course, Elvish Yadav will be brought before the court. Elvish Yadav will be introduced in court today in Surajpur. MM will serve as the duty judge because it is Sunday. JC is sent to UP by duty MM. After a day, the matter is brought before the court for custody.

In its First Information Report, the PFA named Elvish and charged him with throwing rave events whereby they set up deadly snakes and invited foreign guests.
In relation to the crime, he was questioned by the Noida Police for over two hours. Five cobras had their venom glands removed, according to the veterinary department's investigation, while the other four were determined not to be poisonous. There were nine snakes in total. During the raid, nine poisonous snakes were found, for those who are unaware. A person found guilty of taking a snake's venom glands faces a seven-year prison sentence under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act.
All of the snake charmers who have been apprehended are from Delhi's Molarband area. These guys supposedly used to attract snakes, but now they play drums at weddings. In addition to not knowing Elvish Yadav, they are not aware of how the snakes got to them.
