    Fire on Ranbir and Shraddha Kapoor's upcoming film sets kills one

    Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor were set to begin filming in Mumbai soon, but the shoot was postponed due to the level -2 fire.


    Digital Desk: On Friday, one person was killed in a massive fire on the set of Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor's upcoming untitled film.


    Dr. Sadaphule of Cooper Hospital confirmed that the 32-year-old man died after a level 2 fire broke out in Mumbai's Andheri West area this evening. 


    The fire was reported around 4:30 p.m. on Friday at the Chitrakoot studio in Andheri West, and photos and videos of plumes of black smoke blowing in the air surfaced online from the scene.


    Ranbir and Shraddha Kapoor were set to begin filming in Mumbai soon, but the shoot was postponed due to the level -2 fire.


    According to the Mumbai Fire Brigade, the fire was put out around 10:35 p.m. on July 29.


    Ranbir and Shraddha recently returned to Mumbai after wrapping up their romantic comedy film's Spain shoot. It is the actor's first on-screen collab appearance. Aside from them, the film also features notable performances by Boney Kapoor and Dimple Kapadia.


    At the box office, the movie underwhelmed audiences. The movie is scheduled to premiere on March 8, 2023. In addition, the "Rockstar" actor recently appeared with Vaani Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt in Yash Raj Film's "Shamshera."


    He will next be seen in Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, and Mouni Roy's sci-fi action movie "Brahmastra Part one: Shiva," directed by Karan Johar. The movie will debut on September 9, 2022. On the other hand, Shraddha has "Chaalbaaz in London" and the "Naagin" trilogy in her archive.
