'It's boring to kiss Alia Bhatt wants to liplock with...." says Sidharth Malhotra

While we felt Sid and Alia’s kiss in SOTY to be very spicy, did you know that the handsome Munda of B-town was bored with it?

Digital Desk: Karan Johar’s Student Of The Year, popularly known as SOTY, has given the Bollywood industry three talented actors: Sidharth Malhotra, Varun Dhawan, and Alia Bhatt. The film, released in 2012, was a big success amongst the youth.

Leaving aside the film’s love triangle, Sidharth and Alia’s chemistry in Karan Johar’s SOTY won the people’s hearts. In fact, after a time, the two started dating in real life, and both of them gave us significant couple goals. While we felt Sid and Alia’s kiss in SOTY to be very spicy, did you know that the handsome Munda of B-town was bored with it?

Sidharth Malhotra made a shocking statement in 2014, admitting that he was tired of kissing his now-ex-girlfriend Alia Bhatt on screen. What was even more surprising was that he went on to say that he wanted to kiss actress Deepika Padukone on screen because he thought it would be fun.

When asked which actress he wished to kiss on-screen during a conversation with Filmfare, Sidharth Malhotra instantly replied, “Deepika Padukone, people will surely enjoy it, and i will too.”

For the uninformed, Sidharth and Alia ended their relationship after a few months of dating.

Moreover, discussing about their current love life,  Alia Bhatt is now happily married to her childhood love and Bollywood’s chocolate boy Ranbir Kapoor. On the other hand, Sidharth Malhotra is rumoured to be dating Kiara Advani, his Shershaah co-star. However, a few weeks ago, rumours surfaced claiming that Malhotra and Advani had called it quits after ‘falling out of love.’

However, during Salman Khan’s sister Arpita Khan’s recent Eid party, Kiara and Sid were seen walking hand in hand and posing with each other, putting an end to the break-up reports.
