Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), or other medical
studies in Pakistan should be aware that the degrees awarded by the schools
there will not be recognised in India. In a statement, the National Medical
Commission (NMC) encouraged medical students not to travel to Pakistan to
    pursue medical education.

of India who intends to take admission in MBBS/BDS or equivalent medical course
in any medical college of Pakistan shall not be eligible for appearing in FMGE
or seeking employment in India on the basis of educational qualifications
acquired in Pakistan, except those who had joined Pakistan degree
    colleges/institutions before December 2018."

Indian citizenship will be able to take the FMGE/NEXT exam and seek work in
    India.

national/overseas citizen who wishes to enrol in any degree college or
educational institution in Pakistan will be unable to pursue employment or
further studies in India based on educational qualifications obtained in
Pakistan. Such degrees, however, will be legitimate for migrants and their
    offspring.
