1,207 employees from the banking and finance, construction and engineering, education, FMCG, hotel, HR solutions, IT, ITES and BPO, logistics, manufacturing, media, oil and gas, and pharmaceutical industries completed an online survey between 25 and 27 September, which served as the basis for the study.

Interestingly, a positive 78 percent of employees think that 'inemuri' can improve overall worker well-being and have a good effect on job satisfaction. Additionally, the survey states that 64% of workers believe that taking quick naps after work may greatly improve their work-life balance, but 21% do not think there is any advantage to the habit of "inemuri."
