Digital Desk: The iPhone 14 series is expected to be released by Apple in September of this year, and sources indicate that it will be produced in China and India simultaneously.
Following recent geopolitical tensions, the Cupertino-based corporation will produce the Apple iPhone 14 series, which includes the iPhone 14, iPhone Max, and iPhone 14 Pro Max, in India, according to market analyst Ming-Chi Kuo.
Kuo said in his tweets that Foxconn's iPhone manufacturing facility in India would begin shipping iPhone 14 models to Chinese manufacturers.
Although Apple has been producing iPhones in India for a few years, rumours claim that the country's output is at least 25% lower than that of China.

According to Kuo, the production facilities in India would initially fall short of China in terms of iPhone shipments. However, given the current geopolitical developments, the tech giant's decision to construct a production facility outside of China may be a "important milestone." Apple is reportedly also focusing on the Indian market as the potential next important market to drive the company's growth.
Apple is expected to release the iPhone 14 for $799, the same price as the iPhone 13. (around Rs 64,000).
