The Hamas-led Health Ministry in Palestine said that more than 150 Palestinians were injured amid the chaotic scene at the site.

Digital Desk: At least 31 Palestinians were killed after Israeli Armed Forces opened fire near an aid distribution center in Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip on Sunday.

The Hamas-led Health Ministry in Palestine said that more than 150 Palestinians were injured amid the chaotic scene at the site.

The ministry added that the injured were rushed to hospitals including dozens with serious injuries.

The killed Palestinians were shot in the head or chest, it said.

However, the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, which runs the aid center said that the reports were fabricated and the Israeli military was unaware of such attacks within the aid distribution site.

More than 54,000 people have been killed till date in Gaza amid armed conflict in the Gaza Strip and southern Israel since October 7, 2023.
