The victim was then thrown in front of a moving truck in an apparent attempt to kill him.

Digital Desk: Last night, around 1:30 am, a shocking and terrible incident occurred on the national highway at Nilbagan in Hojai district, just ahead of Eid. Seven or eight gang members attacked a man outside an HP petrol station near the national highway by using tools and forcefully carried him by both arms and legs.

What followed was a chilling and bloody sight.  The gang forcibly pulled and dragged the young victim across the road, while they mercilessly hit him with repeated kicks and punches on the road. Nawaz Uddin became a target for the attackers, and eventually they threw him in front of a moving truck in an attempt to kill him.

Eyewitnesses intervened just in time to prevent Nawaz Uddin from being killed. Sources indicate that the leader of this attack was Abul Hussain, who was followed by Bilal Uddin and Shamsuddin. However, the rest of the gang members remain unknown to investigators because all evidence suggests they came from Lanka.
