While releasing renowned author Bijay Nayak's book in New Delhi, Pradhan declared that he is ready to withstand all the shrills of the Kaurava army in Odisha.

Digital Desk: The union education minister, Dharmendra Pradhan sparked a political uproar in Odisha by comparing his critics to the "Kaurav Sena."

Pradhan stated that he is prepared to withstand all the shrills of the Kaurava army in Odisha while releasing acclaimed author Bijay Nayak's book in New Delhi.

The well-known book Jajnyaseni by Pratibha Ray has not been read by the Kaurava army. Hence, it's possible that they were unaware of women's sensitivity, claimed Pradhan without elaborating on the Kauravas of Odisha he was referring to.

The Union Minister also lauded BJD MP Bhartruhari Mahtab, who was present at the book launching occasion, by referring to him as grandsire Bhishma.

Pradhan added that Prime Minister Narendra Modi appreciates Bhartruhari, who has brought honour to Odisha by being MP six times.

Mahtab, on the other side, remarked "Gandhiji once appealed for the people of Odisha to be free of fear. The fear in Odisha was addressed by the Union Education Minister today."
