New Delhi: In just less than two weeks another fire broke out in Delhi’s AIIMS. It was a minor fire that broke out at the main emergency ward of the premier medical institute though no injuries were reported in the incident.

The fire, which began at 5 am today, was brought under control in an hour, said the Delhi Fire Department. All the patients were safely evacuated from the affected areas.

The cause of fire which spread from the emergency ward to the education room is not known. An investigation is being initiated by the hospital administration, said officials.
