Digital Desk: Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) Chairman, Dr. Sridhar Panikkar Somnath, along with the team of scientists who accomplished the historic landing of Chandrayaan-3 on the moon's South Pole, is set to visit Guwahati today. 

Pragjyotishpur University has extended a warm invitation, organizing a welcome ceremony and interaction program for the esteemed guests.

Dr. Yogesh Kakati, the Registrar of Pragjyotishpur University, shared that the university, recently established in Guwahati, has arranged a special program to honor Dr. Panikkar and the ISRO team. This celebration marks the success of Chandrayaan-3 and the notable solar mission, Aditya L-1, undertaken by ISRO.

The event, scheduled at the Srimanta Sankaradev International Auditorium of Srimanta Sankaradev Kalakshetra at 3:00 pm, will provide an opportunity for higher secondary final year and final year graduation students to engage with renowned scientists.

The program will commence with the traditional lighting of the lamp and floral tributes to the great artist Jyoti Prasad Agarwala's statue, commemorating Shilpi Diwas.

Sailendra Pandey and Lalji Sonari, representing the organizing team and media architects of 'SERF,' have urged all interested students and individuals to attend this significant program, fostering knowledge exchange and celebrating India's achievements in space exploration.
