She faced constant dowry harassment from her husband’s family.

Digital Desk: Hosdurg police filed a charge sheet against Abdul Razak because he used WhatsApp voice messaging to declare Talaq three times to end his marriage with his wife according to judicial procedure.

Hosdurg police have registered a criminal complaint against Abdul Razak who resides in Nellikatta near the town.
The Kalluravi woman filed a police complaint that her husband pronounced divorce through a WhatsApp voice message on 21st February 

The  wife reported that her father received a talaq declaration sent by Razak from his workplace in the United Arab Emirates through WhatsApp Number.
 
The women reported through an interview, that she faced   constant mental harassment from her husband’s family, she was often abused due to constant pressure. 

The woman's father accused that Razak stole money amounting to Rs 12 lakh.

The police filed an FIR against the man on Sunday with two  two legal charges as confirmed by the woman's relatives under sections 351(4) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Act.
The police confirmed that a criminal probe started following accusations that relatives of the man abused the woman in the complaint
