Additionally, season pass holders will be reimbursed with the equivalent amount credited to their RFID cards to account for the cancelled activities on the scheduled day.

Digital Desk: In a recent development, organizers of the Cherry Blossom Festival announced the cancellation of Day 1 due to adverse weather conditions, which were deemed to pose a potential risk to attendees and collaborators.

This decision came after the India Meteorological Department (IMD) issued thunderstorms and very heavy rainfall alerts for the northeast region earlier today, prompting the organizers to prioritize safety and cancel the first day of the highly anticipated event.

In response to the unfortunate cancellation, organizers have assured day 1 ticket holders that they will receive complimentary access to either day 2 or 3, as indicated in a post from the event coordinators.

Additionally, season pass holders will be reimbursed with the equivalent amount credited to their RFID cards to account for the cancelled activities on the scheduled day.
