Meghalaya CM congratulated tribal cook Nambie Jessica Marak on her triumph on Masterchef India...

Digital Desk: Meghalaya CM Conrad K Sangma expressed his feelings of happiness with Tribal chef Nambie Jessica Marak's victory in Masterchef India. Sangma said in a tweet that they have celebrated culinary genius and Masterchef India semi-finalist Nambie Jessica Marak.

Nambie, a native of Meghalaya Jessica Marak made her state proud by making it to the top 12 of MasterChef India 2023. Nambie, who hails from the distant village of Upper Rangsa in the West Khasi Hills, is not only a great chef but also an artist with vision.

Chief Minister Conrad Sangma took to Twitter and posted, "At the Tri Hills Ensemble, we awarded culinary genius & #MasterChefIndia Semi-finalist, #TribalChef Nambie Jessica Marak."


She is the creative mind for a YouTube programme named 'Eat Your Kappa'

 'Eat Your Kappa' includes Kappa, a Garo cuisine noted for its digestive advantages and low-calorie count dedicated to Northeast Indian cuisine and culture, with a focus on the Garo cooking method.
