Digital Desk: According to new study, red wine could lower the risk of getting COVID-19. According to the Daily Mail, people who drink more than five glasses of red wine every week had a 17 percent decreased risk of contracting the virus. This is thought to be owing to the polyphenol content, which can block the effects of viruses like the flu and illnesses of the respiratory system.
