Digital Desk: The Assam Cricket Association (ACA) has decided to refund the ticket prices to the spectators after the warm-up match between India and England at the ACA Stadium, Barsapara in Guwahati on September 30, was called off due to relentless rain without a ball being bowled.

The CEO of ACA, Pritam Mahanta stated that the amount of the ticket prices will be credited to the accounts of the buyers within the next few days.

It is to be noted that just after the toss, rain played a spoilsport. The umpires later decided to cancelled the match after waiting for hours.

India's next warm-up match is on Tuesday in Thiruvananthapuram against the Netherlands, and on Monday in Guwahati, England will take on Bangladesh.
