New Delhi: The Supreme Court during the hearing of all the three farm laws stayed the implementation of all the three laws and formed a four member committee of agriculturist to hear farmers’ grievances against farm laws.

The agriculturist committee comprises of HS Mann, Pramod Kumar Joshi, Ashok Gulati and Anil Dhanwant.

SC further directed the Delhi Police to restrain farmers from entering Delhi on January 26 who are planning to hold a tractor rally on R-Day.

Bharatiya Kisan Sangh, claiming membership of 30 lakh farmers across the country, told the SC that is is in favour of SC setting up a committee to evaluate which provisions of the three farm laws are needed to be tweaked.
