Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has ordered an investigation into the occurrence and for those responsible. 

Digital Desk: An under-construction bridge in Bihar's Bhagalpur collapsed on Sunday evening. The incident occurred around 6 pm. However, no casualties reported till now after the Aguwani-Sultanganj bridge in the Ganga River collapsed. The locals gathered at the incident site and recorded the occurrence on their mobile phones. The video has now gone viral on social media. 

"At about 6 pm, a bridge that was under construction collapsed. No fatalities have been recorded as of yet. We've requested a report from 'Pul Nirman Nigam' from the local administration on the scene," DDC Bhagalpur Kumar Anurag informed ANI.

It is to be noted that this is not the first time this kind of incident reported in Bihar, last year also a bridge collapse incident similar to this one occurred.
