Digital Desk: Aamir Khan has stated that he will return to acting after a year and that he would like to spend time with his family while distancing himself from the big screen.
Aamir's most recent film, Laal Singh Chaddha, was based on Winston Groom's classic Forrest Gump, the film failed to make it to box office collection and got mixed reviews, latestly, he will be seen in a very special role in the upcoming movie Salaam Venky.
The 57-year-old super star, on the other hand, has no plans to star in a film.

"I am not doing anything. I have been working for a long time with family. work is underway on Paani Foundation and there are other things as well. i will come back after a year. But you can see me in a small role in this film (salaam Venky)," Khan stated this at the premiere of Revathy's film.
Last month, the superstar declared his intention to take a vacation.
Salaam Venky, starring Kajol and Vishal Jethwa, is based on the true tale of Kolavennu Venkatesh, a young chess player who died in 2004 due to Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). On a note "DMD is is a hereditary condition that causes progressive skeletal and cardiac muscle weakening."
Khan expressed his gratitude to Revathy for giving him the chance to contribute to such a "heartwarming and "inspirational" story.
The actor continued, "Venky and his mother Sujatha's story is very motivational. They were both alive a few years ago. I was overjoyed that Revathy had made a movie about it. The movie is incredibly lovely and emotional. I am delighted and honoured to have been a part of this film because every artist has worked so hard.
Suuraj Singh, Shraddha Agrawal, and Varsha Kukreja are the producers of Salaam Venky under the aegis of BLIVE productions and RTAKE studious. On Friday, the movie was shown in theatres.
