Digital Desk: Indian actress Nayanthara, who primarily works in Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam movies, recently visited the Kumbakonam temple in Tamil Nadu with her husband, filmmaker Vignesh Shivn. They were spotted performing puja to mark Panguni Uthiram. After worshipping at the Kumbakonam temple, the couple went to Vignesh's ancestral temple, where the actress lost her cool in front of a fan who was constantly recording her with his phone.
Nayanthara dressed in white and blue ethnic clothes for the special temple visit, while Vignesh wore a blue T-shirt, khaki trousers, and a white jacket.
In the now-viral video clip, Nayanthara is seen warning a person, "One more shot (if you record) and I will smash your phone." A member of Nayanthara's staff can be seen asking the person to stop filming after the actress issues a warning.
Vignesh and Nayanthara recently disclosed the full names of their twin sons. In an Instagram post, he shared a lovely photo with the caption, "#Uyir RudroNeel N Shivan #Ulag Daiwik N Shivan. N stands for the best mother in the world #Nayanthara. We are happy & proud to introduce our babies’ names, our blessings and happiness (sic)."
Last year, Vignesh Shivn and Nayanthara married in a private ceremony in Chennai. Four months after their marriage, Vignesh revealed that the couple had welcomed twin boys via surrogacy.
On the work front, the actress will next be seen in Jawan, an action thriller written and directed by Atlee. It also stars Shah Rukh Khan in a dual role along with Vijay Sethupathi, Sanya Malhotra, and Priyamani.
The 38-year-old is also working on two Tamil films that will be released in 2023. She debuted as an actress in 2003's Manassinakkare, directed by Sathyan Anthikad. The film's financial success helped her land a slew of acting roles.
