Digital Desk: Sukesh Chandrashekhar, a conman embroiled in a multi-crore fraud case, has fired shots at Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez, vowing to expose undisclosed truths about their relationship. The saga took an intense turn after Fernandez petitioned the Patiala House Court to prevent Chandrashekhar from communicating with her through letters.
In a handwritten letter originating from Delhi's Mandoli jail, where he remains detained in an alleged ₹200 crore money laundering case, Chandrashekhar lamented, "I never expected this even in my wildest dreams, but I guess 'heart' is made to always be shattered or broken," without explicitly naming Fernandez.
Expressing shock and betrayal over Fernandez's move, Chandrashekhar articulated his anguish, stating, "I was shocked frozen as after all that you do, protect, safeguard someone, they turn around, stab you back hard."
Labeling himself the designated "devil" in Fernandez's narrative, Chandrashekhar claimed he was left with no recourse but to reveal the truth. He declared his intent to disclose previously undisclosed evidence, including chats, screenshots, recordings, and international financial transactions, purportedly held back to shield Fernandez's interests.
"In accordance with the Indian Evidence Act, I will bring forth evidence of payments made for social platform enhancement and other transactions involving a prominent individual," Chandrashekhar affirmed, hinting at a competitive angle in the backdrop.
Anticipating a seismic shift in the case's trajectory post-revelations, Chandrashekhar criticized the ongoing probe's alleged bias due to his presumed protection of Fernandez's interests.
Fernandez, entangled in the ongoing investigation, had admitted to receiving extravagant gifts from Chandrashekhar, including designer handbags, a car, and diamonds. Sources from the Enforcement Directorate disclosed that these gifts amounted to a staggering ₹10 crore, featuring lavish items like a horse worth ₹52 lakh and a Persian cat valued at ₹9 lakh.
Following Chandrashekhar's persistent attempts at correspondence, Fernandez sought legal intervention to curb any further communication, underscoring her unease with his continued attempts at contact.
The case, marred by accusations, revelations, and a high-profile clash between law enforcement and Bollywood, continues to unravel, with each development unravelling new dimensions of this complex saga.
As Chandrashekhar remains in detention, the impending revelations he promises to unveil could significantly alter the narrative, potentially shedding light on unexplored facets of this high-stakes legal drama.
