Sonam is expecting her first child with her husband, Anand Ahuja. The baby is expected to arrive mainly in the fall. The actress shared her first picture with the baby bump with hubby Anand Ahuja.
Sonam shares a couple of photos with her husband, Anand Ahuja, on Instagram. It showed her resting on the couch with Anand, holding her baby belly.

Taking Instagram in a stormy mood, Several other celebrities and fans congratulated the newlyweds on their happy news. Kareena Kapoor wrote, "Wohoooooooo very happy for you both,".

Sonam tied the knot with Anand Ahuja in May 2018 and living in London's Notting Hill since then. She is Anil Kapoor's and Sunita Kapoor's eldest daughter. Sonam has had to debunk pregnancy rumors several times since her wedding.
While looking back in July of last year, as new rumors appeared, Sonam shared a boomerang video breaking the silence of rumors on being pregnant, where she was seen drinking a hot drink. "Hot water bottle and ginger tea for the first day of my period..." she captioned the photo.
Meanwhile, the actress was most recently seen in Vikramaditya Motwane's AK vs. AK, in which she played herself. In December 2020, Netflix released the film. She'll next be seen in Shome Makhija's Blind, portraying a sight-impaired cop.
