    ‘Raatan Lambiyan’ singer Asees Kaur ties the knot with music composer Goldie Sohel
    Asees and Goldie have known each other for 7 years. They will soon travel to the Golden Temple to seek blessings.

    Digital Desk: Singer Asees Kaur and composer Goldie Sohel have recently tied the knot. On Saturday in Mumbai, the couple tied the knot. The couple got married at a Gurdwara. Asees and Goldie shared photos from their Sikh wedding on Instagram a few hours after becoming husband and wife. The post  was captioned with,  "Waheguru Tera Shukar Hai."

    One of the pictures showed Asees smiling as Goldie looked at her as they sat in a gurdwara. The next image shows Goldie still holding Asees by the arm as they looked at each other.



    Asees decided to wear a pink salwar suit on D-Day. Goldie was dressed in a white sherwani with a pink turban.

    As soon as the duo shared the images, fans and people in the music industry left comments expressing their best wishes.

    "Heartiest congratulations," rapper Badshah commented. "Omg 
    congratulationssss aseeeeees and goldie!!! Yeh jodi blockbusterrrrr hai," actor Sonakshi Sinha commented.

    Asees and Goldie have known each other for 7 years. They will soon travel to the Golden Temple to seek blessings.

    Asees previously stated about starting a new chapter, "Life has come to a beautiful full circle for me this year. Who knew that recording session for a song about heartbreak would eventually result in one of the most romantic love stories I've ever experienced."

    She added, "Since Goldie and I have been quite busy with our business commitments, the entire credit for the planning and preparation of our wedding belongs to my sister Deedar. To pay our respects at the Golden Temple after the wedding, we will travel to Amritsar."

    She continued, "We'll take a honeymoon after my performance in London next month. This performance is not only my debut in a sizable UK arena, but it also marks my first live performance since getting married, making it all the more special for me. I'll be making my Sufi set debut and paying tribute to Sidhu Moosewala at the same time. Exciting times ahead."
